Shini proportioning valves are a simple and lost cost way of automatically mixing virgin and regrind material back into the process at your desired ratio. These can be used as stand alone items or attached directly to the Shini range of hopper loaders.

Two different models are available in this range, suitable for mixing materials up to a rate of 550 kg / hr.

Shini SPV-u proportioning valves are perfect for use in closed loop recycling systems where sprues are dropped into a Shini granulator using a sprue picker or conveyor with separator and the regrind material is the fed directly back to the process machine. No human intervention means maximum profit for you.
