Hopper Loaders - Three Phase

Shini three phase hopper loaders are ideal for use with high levels of regrind material and heavy throughput, such as large moulding machines or extrusion lines. With the "split execution" design, the vacuum pump and controller are mounted on the floor and only the hopper receiver is mounted to the machine.

- Dust removal filter using cyclone design, easy to clean down

- Hopper receiver made of stainless steel to avoid material contamination

- Settings are backed up onto EEPROM in case of power failure

- Handheld controller can be used at a distance from machine

- Range of models up to 2000 kg/hr of material

A large number of different models are available in this range, suitable for very heavy loads of material up to 2000 kg/hr.

A Shini production cell can also comprise a Shini dryer and Shini blender if you wish to remove moisture or mix additives into the material being processed.
