Due to the ongoing changes and improvements to our equipment and their respective manuals, the best way to obtain the manual & documentation for your model is to contact a member of our team.

My Shini equipment is out of warranty. Can you help me with a fault?

Yes! All over the phone technical support is always provided free of charge. Our highly skilled engineers will always explore the quickest and most cost efficient avenues to fix your problem.

As a last resort we may suggest booking one of our engineers to look into your issue further.

In most cases, these issues are resolved over the phone without any cost incurred by the customer.

How do I find a price for a certain model?

What are the delivery lead times on new equipment?

Lead times can vary depending on model, quantity and availability.

We hold stock in both the UK and our European warehouse.

A typical delivery time is next day on equipment despatched from the UK and up-to 7 working days on models despatched from Europe.

Every order is different, therefore we will always aim to achieve the customer’s delivery requirements.

How do I order a spare part for my equipment?
